INGREDIENTS

We want to make sure you don't eat anything your not okay with or allergic too.

Molasses cookies: 1 egg, 1/2 cup liquid oil, 1/2 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup of molasses, 1/2 tsp of vanilla OPTIONAL ,1 tbs of apple cider vinegar, Mix till creamed together, 2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour,1/2 tsp of ginger, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp of salt, Mix.

Note:If wooden spoon sticks to the batter add a small tbs of flour.

Drop by tsp on grease cookie sheet for 12 mins at 350

Note:If you touch the cookie and your finger indents they need another couple of mins.

chocolate chip cookies: 1 egg, 1 stick of melted butter, 1/2 cup of white sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 of peanut butter, cream/mix together, 2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips after batter is mixed.


Note:We add 1 tbs of lemon juice ( If batter is dry add coffee)
