As of 9/11 2026 it will have been 25 years since the tragedy that was 9/11 shook our country and forever changed the United States of America. Remember Patriots Day 14/4000 serves as a reminder to never forget, as well as memorialize those both killed and injured during the terrorist attacks that occurred on 9/11 2001 in New York, The Pentagon, and in the heroic sacrifices made by those on United Airlines flight 93. Remember Patriot Day - 14/4000' aims to raise our American flag on ALL the summits of the 14 Maine mountains over 4000 feet in remembrance of  9/11.  Remember Patriots Day 14/4000 is similar to Flags on the 48, a program based in New Hampshire.  Together with the efforts of Flags on the 48th, 62 American flags will be raised across ME/NH 4000+’ peaks in remembrance!

the climb will occur SAT 9/12 (due to 9/11 falling on a FrI in 2026)
