Band Resources

We will be using a program this year called SmartMusic that 5th grade students who sign up for band will be using to practice their instruments at home. SmartMusic can be accessed from any device, and students just need the device and their instrument!

Students will be assigned 2 new songs from their band books on SmartMusic every week, to be completed before their next lesson. Lesson times will be posted on Class Dojo every Monday by 8am.

5th Grade students who participate in band will be allowed to take their iPads home every day, just like middle school, so they can use SmartMusic to practice. They are responsible for making sure the iPad comes back every school day for learning and that it is charged every morning before school.
