Online Registration for New Students
If you are a resident of Cushing with a student in Grades K-5, please use this link to complete our online initial registration. Once your initial registration has been accepted, someone from the school will contact you with account information so you can fill out the full set of enrollment forms.

For students entering kindergarten in the fall of 2021-2022:
Please use the link above to register by April 16, 2021. Once the enrollment forms have been completed, you will be contacted to make an appointment for kindergarten screening, which will take place on May 26, 2021.
