Mission
Mission
Through a progression of interdisciplinary teaching, which incorporates use of the PES Outdoor Classroom, our mission is to teach students how to make connections and understand how "real life" science impacts their immediate Phippsburg ecosystem, as well as it's impact on the forest and watershed.

Through collaboration with the Phippsburg Land Trust, Chewonki, KELT, Bates College, state and local organizations, community members and volunteers, we strive to educate our students about their environment and offer a multitude of experiences geared toward individual learning styles.
