DNS Library

Welcome to the Dike Newell School library, my name is Lisa Hardman and I look forward to sharing great stories and other educational activities with your child. Kindergarten and first grade students check out one book per week while second grade students check out two, and books can be kept for one week. Please encourage your child to keep his or her book in a safe location at home and to make sure there is nothing messy in his or her backpack that might damage their library book. Remind students to turn pages with a gentle hand and to please use a bookmark. I am always happy to meet parents and offer book recommendations or share how to download free library books. I hope your child has a great school year and has the chance to read many books! For more information about me or to see how to contact me, please refer to the bottom of this page.
