We are a public high school theatre program located at Salisbury High School in Salisbury, North Carolina. We believe that every student deserves to experience theatre, and aim to provide the opportunity for everyone to express themselves creatively. We offer multi-level theatre classes during the school day, as well as extracurricular opportunities for students to participate in theatre.

Caeley Mayo joined the Hornet family in August 2021 and serves as the full time theatre teacher at SHS. Ms. Mayo graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in May 2021 with a BFA in K-12 Theatre Education.
In addition to teaching classes at SHS, Ms. Mayo also acts as the advisor for the Drama Club and International Thespian Society (ITS) troupe at SHS.
