How to FIX backwards images when using a Document Camera in Google Meet

When the document camera is hooked up to the computer, teachers will need to use software so that it can be projected in Google Meet. Once it is in Meet, teachers can use it for live or recorded instruction. They can use "IPEVO Visualizer" software (which seems very good and more widely used) and download it for free: https://www.ipevo.com/software/visualizer Teachers can also try software which was shared by Elmo: https://imagemate-c.com/ It is also free and allows teachers to use a variety of tools with the document camera. It looks like it will work with any Elmo, but you do need to use a Chrome browser.

How to HEAR AUDIO and VIDEO when using SCREENCASTIFY:

1. Open Screencastify

2. Select "Browse Tab" and then click "Show More Options" :

3. Under "Show more options" find "Tab Audio" and turn that on:


Now the video in that tab should be clearly heard in your Screencastify video. You can pause the video as you go and talk with your students, the same as you would in any Screencastify video.
