I have been teaching in the Reedsburg School District since 2001. I am a Cross Categorical Teacher. I grew up in Cross Plains, Wisconsin. I graduated high school in Middleton, WI. I went to the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and graduated with a double major in Learning Disabilities and Cognitive Disabilities. I then went to Edgewood College to obtain my Emotional Behavioral Disabilities license. After some time I went to UW-Lacrosse and obtained my Masters in Professional Education and graduated in 2010. I have a love for learning and enjoy learning new things so I can implement them in my classroom. I love teaching and helping students feel successful and proud of what they do and who they are. It is important that I teach students to Respect themselves and those around them.

I have three boys: Kaden, Landen, and Jase, plus my husband Joe. They keep me very busy. We all have a love for sports; especially hockey. All three of my boys play hockey and it keeps our family active. We also enjoy traveling, camping, fishing, taking walks, gardening, swimming, and playing outside. Even though we love hockey, we are a family that loves the summer weather! With our busy lives, we have to learn to stop and always cherish the little things that matter.
