Athletic.net - Most of our meet results will be found here. You can also search athlete's individual results from past to present there.
1) A student-athlete is not traveling TO a meet with the team.
2) A student-athlete is traveling with someone that is not a parent/guardian either TO or FROM a meet.
Please note that a parent/guardian can still take their student-athlete home from a meet once the athlete's event(s) are finished without filling this form out as long as they sign-out at the meet.
