Some things you will need for the season
A pair of running shoes for practice. A few good brands to look into are Asics, Brooks, Saucony, New Balance, Altra, and Hoka
Clothes to workout in
For the meets it is highly encouraged to purchase a pair of cross country racing spikes (these are different than normal running shoes).
Water bottle
Carb based snacks such as fruit, fruit juice, or fruit snacks (these are good to have after the run and right before we lift).
A good attitude ;)
