Where is the event? Richland High School Cafeteria, 930 Long Ave, Richland, WA
When should I arrive to set up? The cafeteria will be open for set up at 4:30. Set up is open from 4:30-5:30. Please have your booth ready by 5:30.
Do I need to bring my presentation files with me to the expo? Yes! Each presenter is responsible for accessing their presentation. This can be done many ways, such as storing files on a thumb drive, in Google Drive, or on your district drive.
Do I need to bring my device with me to the expo? Yes. Elementary teachers (or classrooms who are not one2one) will need to transport needed Chromebooks to the event for their students.
Will I be doing a formal presentation? No, this is an informal walk through event. Plan on a few key points to share with booth visitors.
How should I dress? Please represent your school in a professional manner by wearing your school t-shirt or school colors.
