A selected group of students complete a Junior Athlete Development Program that is free of cost at PACE Somerville Health Management.
This revolves around 11 x 45-minute workshops, designed to provide students with:
Understanding how to complete various warm ups, mobility, stability, strength & conditioning, jump & land mechanics and recovery programs via the rollout of workshops & equipment resources
Three off site visits to the Somerville PACE clinic centre doing circuit training that includes equipment provided by the clinic such as hurdles, blaze pods, ladders and boxing gloves.
Students receiving an Equipment Pack (Spiked Ball, Micro-Band & Thera Band) to complete their exercise programs at home with, and in the future once the program is complete. They will also take home their program resources.

Week 1 Introduction to 12-week program; Warm up drills & agility.
