Homeschool Enrichment & Field Trips

Enrichment

Enrichment Fridays are a time for students to interact with other homeschooling students in a school setting.  TK-3rd grade students participate in free play, guided art and science activities.  They enjoy lunch on campus.  TK-3rd grade time is 8:30-11:30.

4th-8th grade students also have lunch on campus then participate in a PE class.  After PE, they have an opportunity to explore art or science concepts and some free game time.  4th-8th grade time is 11:30-2:45.

Students wishing to participate in enrichment Fridays must be fully vaccinated for school (not COVID).

Elective Opportunities

On-site electives are not available for the 2023-2024 school year.  However, with the $1400 vendor monies allotted per student, you can take advantage of our many approved vendors and participate in dance, theater, music, art, PE and horseback riding.

Field Trips

Homeschool teachers plan occasional field trips to local sites or plan activities to foster a family feeling in homeschool.  Previous activities included Coleman Fish Hatchery, Shasta Ice Skating Rink in Mt. Shasta, Cascade Theater event and a cookie decorating potluck on site.
