Sarah founded RSM in May 2022. Sarah's prior experience includes assisting in building Safety Partners Inc., an EHS consulting service provider, with over 15 years of employment. She started as a Consulting Safety Officer providing EHS program implementation at clients, and grew with the company to ultimately lead the Quality, Research and Training program. As Vice President, Quality, Research and Training, Sarah oversaw the knowledge management and best practices for EHS program implementation both internally and externally. She served as a management team member for many years, and spearheaded recruiting and onboarding efforts.

Prior to joining Safety Partners Inc., Sarah worked for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection as a Senior Environmental Specialist for several years. Prior to working for the DEP, Sarah worked at Mobil Oil Corporation in a toxicology lab.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Lehigh University.
