This summer's "Got Shots?" events will occur June 14 - August 30, 2025.
"Got Shots?" provides opportunities for children to stay up-to-date on their immunizations. During "Got Shots?" participating providers open their doors for any child who presents for immunizations, regardless of whether they are a patient or whether they have insurance.
RRPS students must have all immunizations that are required by the New Mexico Department of Health to attend school.

At initial registration, please provide an up-to-date immunization record for your child,
or a current immunization exemption form approved by the state. An exemption form is valid for one year.

The Sandoval County Public Health Office encourages parents or guardians to call anytime throughout the year to bring their children in for vaccinations!

- The immunization exemption form must be completed each school year.
- Please read the Exemption form carefully.
- You MUST provide the school nurse with a copy of the notarized form prior to mailing it to DOH - to be considered in-process.
- After completion, your signature must be notarized and mailed to Santa Fe for consideration and approval.
