Hello, my name is Rose Cutshall, and I am proud to serve as the Instructional Coach at PDSE. I have been an educator for 23 years, working with students from kindergarten through 12th grade. In my role, I support both our school and community by working closely with teachers to strengthen instruction, review curriculum, and analyze data to identify and meet the needs of all students. My goal is to ensure that every student has access to curriculum, along with the resources and support they need to thrive academically. Ultimately, I strive to partner with educators and families to create meaningful learning experiences that help all students succeed in their educational journey. 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our two grown children. Together, we share a love for cooking, relaxing, and traveling.
