Advanced Robotics is a class that students must apply to be in the year before as roster spots are limited.

Throughout the year, I will be introducing students to complex problem-solving skills utilizing hands-on activities, cooperative groups, computers, and SPIKE Lego robots in a positive and creative learning environment.  The students will be designing, building, and programming Lego SPIKE robots. They will prepare and compete in the District Sumo Bot Competition. They will also learn programming while completing curriculum, like Disney Codeillusion, code.org and/or CoderZ. Students will be assessed by how well they complete challenges given, reflect on those challenges; meet deadlines, and how well they work in a team.
