Hello! My name is Ellie, but I prefer to go by Mrs. Ortiz. 

I am excited to be working with you! I have a Bachelor's of Art in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico and I have my Master's of Art in School Counseling from New Mexico Highland's University. My background is diverse; I spent many years in different industries (hospitality, non-profit, communications, etc.) in many different roles. I've helped build teams, structure organizations, plan events, raise money, I have had my hand in many things.

My passion though has always been helping young adults. I want to see students succeed and help them find the path that makes the most sense for them. I'm here to help you with anything and everything. I want to get to know you personally; your dreams, your skills, and how to help you utilize all the best things about you in the world.
