ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Thank you for your interest in RRHS athletic programs. 

All students must be cleared before participating in any RRPS on-site workouts regardless of season.

 

If your student has an appointment for an upcoming physical, please use THESE FORMS FOR the 24/25 SY. All other physical forms will no longer be accepted. 


Physical Packet and the  Concussion Certificate 

 must be dated after April 1st, 2024

Clear pictures of each document are the easiest way to upload docs.



If all required documents are not received it will delay your athlete from being cleared to participate. The clearance process can take up to 5 days.

PHYSICAL FORMS 

The New Mexico Activities Association has provided and mandated that we ONLY accept the physical form provided. This is the only acceptable physical form to be used by physicians. All other forms and paper copies WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. 

 ALL PHYSICALS MUST BE DATED AFTER APRIL 1ST.



NFHS Student Concussion Course Link 

Create an account, order and add the free student concussion course to your cart, and then complete the course. At the end of the course, you will be issued a certificate of completion. This certificate will need to be uploaded with your other documents. The certificate must be dated on or after April 1, 2023. Please be sure that when creating the account, it is in the student's name so the certificate will be generated for the correct person. Also be sure that the course is the CONCUSSION FOR STUDENTS COURSE. Any other course will not meet the state law requirement.
