Reading Intervention with Mrs. Sandoval

About me: This is my 19 year teaching in Rio Rancho Public Schools and my 8th year at Enchanted Hills Elementary.  My classroom experience includes teaching Kindergarten, First Grade and Third Grade. 

About reading groups: students in reading groups with me have been identified as students who will benefit from participating in the literacy program at our school.  This literacy intervention program is a general education supplement to the RRPS English Language Arts curriculum being taught in the classroom. Students participating in this program will receive small group support in reading foundational skills, specifically,  phonological awareness and phonics. In the literacy intervention program, students will receive instruction five times per week.
