My name is Mirna Guillen. I'm a mom of 3 children, two girls and a boy. I have been married for 13 years.  I have been working with children for the past 17 years, mainly in Preschool.  Last year, I was at Shining Stars Preschool, completing my student teaching.   I graduated from UNM the previous year with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Elementary Education. Working with children is my passion, and I love seeing them grow.  I believe that it's essential to make connections with each child.  I also think that every child learns differently and learns at their own pace.
