Parent Info:
* Injuries – athlete needs to talk to coaches first/Dr’s note for severe injury’s and trainer for all others/be respectful and follow directions
* Attitude; must attend practice, act appropriately; if need to make arrangements see coaches in regards to missing practice.
* JV needs to bring $25 fee, we pay USTA for whole team together once collected; Checks can be made out to “Cleveland Tennis”; due by Wednesday Feb 21st
* Remind App: all communication with athletes from Coach will be through Remind App, all athletes need to add to tennis page (can find link on our tennis website). Parents can add to this remind as well to get updates and information sent.
* Fundraiser: Selling Tennis T-shirts, athletes will be given more information (4 shirt min. for each player to sell). Each athlete asked to get 1 sponsor for $100 & we will do sponsor banner to hang at courts. Athletes can decide to sell 8 shirts (or more), all are just asked to raise $200 for program fundraiser. All money goes back to pay for all things for our players. If you have questions please contact Coach LaCour.
* If you know any businesses that would like to donate to the program please let Coach LaCour know. We have availability to put banners up outside courts for donations and if in fast we can get there logo or business info on our banner.
* I will keep website from school tennis athletic page updated as promptly as I can, I will also send info on remind app (so please sign up); my number is on there to contact me at any time if you have questions. Schedules will be put on our webpage at top of page; JV matches on Wednesdays starting March 13th. JV does have one all day tournament Saturday March 2 and it will be at Cleveland vs Farmington and Piedra Vista JV End of Season Tournament: Friday, April 26th - Sunday, April 28th at Jerry Cline, Times TBA.

Clearance and Physical Info
Yes you have to resubmit if you are using the last years physical that may still be good.
Only the page the doctor signed can be used again; everything else including the new medical history forms must be renewed.
The submission process has changed in addition to the required documents. Please don’t email in, use the portal.

Any Athletes getting picked up from matches that they receive a ride from school need a form filled out to release them and signed by parent.
It must be printed and signed by parent and given before athlete can be taken from an event. This is school policy.
