• Senior Week: April 28th- May 2nd 

• Senior Assembly: May 1st at 10:00 am 

• Prom: May 3rd from 7:00 pm-10:00 pm 

• Senior Checkout Week: May 5th - 9th

• Graduation Rehearsal: May 18th at 4:00 pm

• Graduation: May 19th at 10:00 am 

Bricks/T-Shirts - Now is the time to purchase your senior their official Class of 2025 T-Shirt and/or bricks. I have attached the information flyer as well as the Google form link to place the order. THE DEADLINE TO ORDER THE SHIRT IS APRIL 21st. Seniors can come in before the shirts are delivered to pay or pay when the shirts come in (we are hoping to have them by May 2nd for them to wear on their final Spirit Friday). Senior Final Weeks – Seniors' final week will be May 5th, with finals being on May 7th and 8th. I will be sending out information here within the next week or so to the seniors on their final instructions, which will cover everything from their Senior Spirit Week to ticket distribution to the checkout process. Once I send this out, I will email it to parents/guardians to see as well.

Senior Assembly - Senior Assembly on Thursday, May 1st, at 10 am in the Concert Hall.

Parents/Guardians are welcome. We will be recognizing our Top 30 graduates, NHS, Top Curriculum Awards, etc..

Graduation Tickets - Graduation tickets will be distributed on MAY 13th from 3 pm to 5:30 pm in

the student store. ONLY THE GRADUATES CAN PICK UP TICKETS. Please have your

senior be there during this time. IF they cannot make it during that time, they can pick

them up at any time AFTER that day during the school day

Legacy Walk- Seniors who want to take part in the Legacy Walk, where they visit one of our five elementary feeder schools and parade through the hallways, must sign up by May 5th. If your child attended a different elementary school in Rio Rancho, please reach out to that school's principal for their Legacy Walk date and time. Click here to complete the Google Form.

This event was a huge success last year and gave seniors a meaningful opportunity to revisit the place where their journey began!

The Sultan Ball Prom is on Saturday, May 3rd, from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Rio Rancho Event Center! Doors will open at 6:45 PM. Tickets will be available for purchase starting Monday, April 14th, through KEV online purchasing. More details will be shared soon. Seniors and juniors bringing a guest from another school must pick up a guest approval form from Mrs. Shallenberger in the Activities Office.

The Graduation Rehearsal will take place on May 18th at 4:00 PM at the Rio Rancho Event Center. Attendance is mandatory, and graduates must arrive on time and stay for the entire rehearsal. We understand this is a busy time, so we’ll move through the rehearsal as efficiently as possible. Casual attire is recommended. Caps and gowns will be distributed at rehearsal. Thank you for your cooperation—we’re excited to celebrate this milestone with you!
