Senior Project Participation Form

1. Students are responsible for keeping a log of all hours worked on the Senior Project Verification form that is linked below.  It must be signed by superviser and turned in before, or at, Senior Project Symposium.

2. Random site visits will be completed by RRHS staff throughout the two week Senior Project period.
