Meet Mrs. McGinty

Hi! I am so happy you are here.  I hope this website provides you many great resources to use with your child throughout the school year.  This is my 10th year teaching and 9th year at Goldwood.  I am so excited to work with your child!  This school year is sure to be a great one!  Teaching is my passion and together we can make this school year AMAZING!

I recently moved to North Ridgeville with my husband Matt, our cat and 2 dogs (all pictured above).  Our dogs names' are Winston and Vern, and they love to play!  Our cat's name is Hov and he loves to take naps!  In my free time I love to read, bake and spend time with my family and friends.  I also love all Cleveland sports teams and Dunkin Donuts coffee. 

I graduated from Ohio State University with my Bachelors of Science in K-12 Special Education in 2014.  I received my Master’s from Cleveland State University in Educational Technology in 2019.
