Bring your event vision to life with our Full Event Design service. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, we provide expert guidance to create a cohesive, beautifully styled event. From theme development to decor sourcing and layout recommendations, we ensure every detail aligns seamlessly with your aesthetic.

How it works:

Step 1: Design Consultation
We start by gathering all the fun stuff - your event location, color palette, overall vibe, and any inspiration you’ve been saving. This gives us a clear sense of what you’re envisioning. Here we will create a personalized moodboard to bring that vision to life.
Step 2: Inventory & Source
From there, we dive into our curated inventory and begin sourcing any specialty pieces needed to bring the design to life. We’ll start refining your custom mood board with thoughtful, cohesive details.
Step 3: Review + Refine
You’ll get a chance to review the design and give feedback. We’ll walk through everything together and make any changes needed to get it just right.
Step 4: The Big Day
When the big day arrives, the Refined team will handle all the setup so you can focus on celebrating. We’ll make sure everything comes together beautifully, just like we planned.

Full Service Design Setup & Breakdown

Elevate your event with our On-Site Styling & Setup service, offered exclusively to clients who book our Full Event Design package. Our team handles the hands-on execution of your decor vision, meticulously placing and styling each element to ensure a polished, cohesive aesthetic from start to finish. From setting elegant table scapes to perfecting accent details, we bring your design plan to life with care and precision.

What’s Included:

Professional Setup & Breakdown: Styling and placement of all decor elements, including table settings, centerpieces, signage, lounges, and accent decor.
On-Site Design Team: A skilled team led by your dedicated Lead Designer, ensuring every detail aligns with your event aesthetic.

Pricing:

Pricing is based on guest count, level of detail, and design complexity.
Quotes are provided after a free consultation to assess your needs and vision.

Base Rate by Event Size:

Intimate Events (Up to 25 guests): Starting at $500
Small–Medium Events (26–75 guests): Starting at $750
Large Events (76–150 guests): Starting at $1,000
Extra-Large Events (151–300 guests): Starting at $1,500

Hourly Rates:

Lead Designer: $50/hr
Design Assistants: $25/hr each

Recommended Staffing by Guest Count:

Up to 25 guests: 1 Lead Designer
26–75 guests: 1 Lead Designer + 1 - 2 Assistants
76–150 guests: 1 Lead Designer + 2 - 3 Assistants
151–300 guests: 1 Lead Designer + 3 - 5+ Assistants

Final staffing needs are determined by event complexity, layout, and timeline. A detailed estimate will be provided after your design consultation.

Delivery & Pickup:

Up to 25 guests: $150
26–75 guests: $200
76–150 guests: $300
151–300 guests: $500

Important Notes:

Delivery & pickup fees include travel within 40 miles. Events beyond this range will incur additional mileage fees starting at $2.00/mile.
Client must ensure venue access for setup and breakdown (including early entry or late pickup, if needed).
All rentals are for standard one-day events. Additional rental days are available upon request and subject to additional fees.
Client-provided items must be prepped, labeled, and ready for styling.
Setup and breakdown hours will be outlined in your custom quote. Additional hours may be billed separately.
Setup before 7:00 AM or breakdown after 9:00 PM will be subject to additional fees.
