Please Note:
A registration package must be completed before registering online. You will have an opportunity to upload all the registration documents within the portal. If you have problems uploading the documents into the portal, please hit save continue on the bottom of the page and continue with the registration. Once it's finished, you will receive an email confirmation. Within 72 hours, you will be contacted by Kelly Thompson, kthompson@rpschools.net, with more instructions.
For registrations that are having problems uploading documents into the portal. Below are the additional ways to submit the registration documents after you complete the online registration.
In-Person Document Drop-off by Appointment ONLY:
In-person document drop-off will be by appointment only. The online registration must be completed before the document dropoff. Please complete all documents before arriving. You MUST have all required supporting documents. All in-person registrations must complete all documents before the appointment, or they will not be accepted.
Email:
Once you have registered online and received an email confirmation from the district. Please email the confirmation and all documents to kthompson@rpschools.net.
Fax:
Once you have registered online and received an email confirmation from the district, please fax the confirmation and all documents to 833-963-1059.
Registration Process:
Step 1:
Print and Complete a Registration Package.
Supporting documents.
Birth Certificate.
Parent/Guardian ID.
Residency Proof. BOTH DOCUMENTS BELOW ARE REQUIRED
Own 1. Deed or Property Tax Records. 2. Current utility bill. PSE&G. WATER, ETC.
Rent 1. Current Lease or Landlord Affidavit completed and notarized 2. Current utility bill. PSE&G. WATER, ETC.
Lives with Others: The Owner or Leaseholder must provide the above and a notarized letter/affidavit stating who lives with them and why. The Owner or Leaseholder also must provide a copy of their ID.
Medical records.
Student Health History (completed by parent/guardian)
New Entrants Requirements: Immunization and Physical Exam (conducted by a doctor)
Step 2:
Register Online at https://www.rpps.net/registration_info
Start your online registration.
You will come to a document upload section.
Here is where you upload the registration package and supporting documents into the portal. If you have any problems uploading, please scroll to the bottom of the page, hit save, and continue.
If your upload is complete, please hit save and continue.
Finish the required online registration.
Once it's finished, an email confirmation will be sent.
**If you had problems uploading the registration documents, you will receive an email from kthompson@rpschools.net with further instructions on submitting registration documents.**
All registrations and documents will be reviewed within 72 hours of registration.
