Tips for Success

Successful students have a growth mindset, rather than a fixed mindset, and develop habits of success. In summary for this course:

1. Come to class.
2. Utilize class time for your science course work.
3. Turn in your assignments when they are due. If you do fall behind, catch up ASAP.
4. Refer to Google Classroom for assignments and resources, including supplemental readings and videos.
5. Check grades early and often.
6. Prepare for assessments as an opportunity to demonstrate your learning.

Mountie Time (MT)

The Mountie Time period occurs Monday-Wednesday. Students may be recruited into a closed session or recruited on an individual basis by the teacher. Students may request a MT pass to receive additional individual help.

Tutoring

Tutoring is offered during MT or on a limited basis before/after school, by request.
