My husband and I have been members of Royal Redeemer Lutheran Church for over 20 years. I attended Kent State University for the undergraduate degree in education and attended Cleveland State University for my Master's degree in education.

I have been teaching for more than 30 years. My career in teaching began in Cleveland where I taught 2nd grade for 7 years. After the birth of my second daughter I began teaching the in the Lutheran Schools. I taught 4th grade for 5 years at St. Mark Brunswick and then began teaching at Royal Redeemer. I have been teaching 2nd grade at RRLS for over 20 years.

I have been married for 33 years to my husband Dave. We have 2 daughters. My oldest daughter Sarah is married and has a son. He currently attends RRLS. My youngest daughter Elisabeth is a case worker and lives in Columbus.
