Because many of our items are made to order, we handle returns a little differently than big-box retailers. Please read below before placing an order.
All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to:
Ordering the wrong size
Choosing the wrong color or style
Changing your mind after ordering
That said — if we made a mistake or there’s a problem with the item, we will absolutely make it right.
We will replace or refund an item if:
The product arrives damaged or defective
We sent the wrong item or wrong size
There is a clear printing or manufacturing error
If any of these happen, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

A brief description of the issue
Photos of the problem (if applicable)
We’ll review it quickly and let you know the next steps.
If a return or replacement is approved:
We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label when needed
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping costs may be deducted from a refund, if applicable
