This wooden carving consisted of 3 large wooden panels with subject matter relating to our mission statement.

All the TY students got the opportunity to carve a design into the composition on each panel. The imagery reflects the words creativity, knowledge and the future through a visual language.

Some areas of each panel is painted to make key features stand out.

Minister for the Arts, Gealthach and Heritage Heather Humphreys unveiled our sculpture in May 2017.
