We depend on the kindness and generosity of our parent community who are able to share their talents and time to help make this event a success!
We can use your help with the following:
Volunteers
Project meetings begin in October and meet once a month through June.
Door Prizes
We are in need of prizes and gift cards for raffles held at the end of the evening at Project Graduation.
Check In & Chaperones
We need parents to help with check in night of Project Graduation and we also need Chaperones at Branchburg Sports Complex. Check back for Sign ups!
As with any parent organization, its success is derived from the brainstorming minds and the collective energy of the parents who get involved. Parent Volunteers are not limited to graduating senior parents only. We welcome parents whose children are underclassmen to join us, and see how you can be an integral part of this organization. Someday, your child will be graduating, too.
As parent volunteers, your assistance in fundraising events are crucial to its success.
Parents may also volunteer during the event day itself as Check-in Staff or Chaperones.
Meetings will be held Virtually via Google Meets.
