w/b 28 April: Welcome letter sent home with links to the online portal and this Transition Website.

w/b 5 May: Online portal for parents/carers sharing information becomes live. 

w/b 5 May: Access to a 360 tour - navigate your way around the school and find the embedded videos, audios and slides to find out about learning at King's Academy Rowner.

w/b 16 June: e mail sent home with Class Teacher names.

w/b 23 June & w/b 30 June: Year 2 and 3 breaktimes.  This is an opportunity for your child to get to know the Year 3 team and our Y ear 3 children, so there are some familiar faces amongst the children when they join us in September. 

w/b 23 June: Year 3 team to visit pupils in their own school.

Tuesday 1 July: Meet Team Rowner. Child and parent/s to attend a Welcome Meeting in the School Hall at 3.30pm and access a carousel of activities. It will be difficult for us to accommodate younger or older siblings so please aim to make alternative arrangements for them. 

Tuesday 8 July: children to spend the whole day at King's Academy Rowner - they will need a packed lunch (provided if child in receipt of FSM)

Thursday 4 September:  First day of school for your child at King's Academy Rowner.
