REMINDER:
If there is another language other than English on the first 3 lines of the Home Language Survey, the student MUST BE be assessed for English proficiency by means of the current English language proficiency assessment (ELPAC).
If there is another language other than English only on line 4, the site should investigate further, talking to both the teacher and the parents to see if there are any possible language concerns, and then only if there are concerns regarding language, assess for English proficiency by means of the current English language proficiency assessment (ELPAC).
Technology is looking into the issue - if the document downloads with overlapping lines, try accessing it through the rainbow colored slide deck (Reclassification & RFEP Monitoring 2024-2025) above which has all of the forms linked - we're not sure why it's doing this, if you continue to have problems, please email and let Kim Louie know which document you need.
