Read each question carefully before answering; most are about your classes, interests, or plans
Have your current schedule or transcript open so you can answer accurately
Be honest about what you like, struggle with, or want to improve — this helps your counselor help you
If asked about future plans, it’s okay to be unsure
List classes you’re interested in, even if you’re not 100% sure yet
Use the comment or short-answer boxes to mention concerns (workload, stress, schedule conflicts)
Double-check required questions so nothing is left blank
Don’t overthink it — there are no “right” or “wrong” answers
Submit it on time so your counselor can prepare for your meeting
