Leathercraft Collective exists as a landing spot for crafters to network, share, teach, learn and grow together. We hope to utilize YOUR skills and creativity to build this community into something special that we can all be proud of - one that exemplifies Community over Competition. ⁣ This is a place we can all learn and grow and where we can also be seen by the world.

Our main form of support is the creation of Instagram group chats called Leather Crafter Chapters. These networking groups are limited to 32 members by Instagram. We wanted to create a place where all of these crafters could come together to network without leaving instagram. ⁣

These groups allow us to have more access to resources to reach our personal leather crafting goals. Whether that’s questions answered, videos shared, blogs written, used items for sale, sharing and promoting one another’s work or any other aspect of community. We have 18+ chapters, 450+ members and 40+ countries represented across chapters.

The collective also reserves whom it follows on Instagram to Leather Crafters Chapter Members so we have a members list that will allow us to connect easily with one another and be known by our fellow crafters and customers. ⁣⁣If you are plugged into one of our chapters, you will also get access to a directory by speciality and country so you can collaborate even more specifically.

We hope to provide lots of positive exposure and sharing of the craft and lots of possibility of community. One day the dream is that we all will be together in person.
