PhD/MS Students

Prospective students students interested in research on Robotic Assistive Devices and Soft Robotics are encouraged to contact Dr. Trkov.

We are looking for motivated students that can perform work individually or as part of the team, are self-starters, and have technical background to perform theoretical and experimental work.

Ideal applicant will have a MS degree and prior experiences with publishing papers.

Interested applicants should email the following documents in a single pdf file to trkov@rowan.edu:

• A motivation letter (1-3 pages) describing: (i) yourself, (ii) your research interests, (iii) your qualifications/relevant skills/past experiences, (iv) why would you be a suitable candidate, and (v) your future career goals. Describe how past experience and future plans fit the advertised position, relevant skills and future goals.

• A detailed CV

• Academic transcript(s) of your Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees

• Email addresses of 3 references (might be contacted at a later stage and with your approval) OR up to 3 recommendation letters can be included

• Publications

• Any other supporting documents you may consider helpful (such as GRE, TOEFL, portfolio of prior project)
