Make sure to bring your fully-charged Chromebook and charger to school every day for classroom learning.
Reset your password from the Reset Password Portal on your Chromebook (before signing into your Chromebook, use the Apps button on the bottom left and click on Password Reset.
Passwords must have at least 8 characters and include at least 2 of the following: capital letter, number, symbol
Don't remember your password? Go to Password Reset on your Chromebook Kiosk (before signing in - Apps) and answer the security questions
Dropping wifi? Toggle wifi off, wait 20 seconds, then turn back on. You should reconnect.
Try charging from the other side of your device. The Chromebooks have a USB/C port on the left and right side.
The battery life might be too low. Plug the Chromebook into the AC adapter and let it charge for at least an hour and try turning it on again.
If you have let the Chromebook charge and the light is not coming on, perform a hard reset by pressing Refresh + Power
Log into Google Chrome with only your RRISD credentials - do not log into any other accounts.
