Hello, my name is...
Miss Polasek
I'm looking forward to another year in 4th grade at the best school in Texas! This will be my fourth year teaching. In May of 2021 I graduated from Baylor University. While there I studied Elementary Education and Gifted Education. I grew up in Round Rock, and am so happy to be back in my home district as a teacher this time! In my time outside of school I love crafting and going to concerts.
Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or comments. I want what is best for your student, and know that you have so much valuable insight!

Hi! I am so excited to be your teacher this year. We will have a lot of opportunities to learn more about each other, but I wanted to start off by giving you some information about me. This is my 13th year of teaching, all of them being in 4th grade. I really enjoy this grade level and all the new learning the students do. I am very excited to be a part of this new campus
I have two amazing daughters that keep me pretty busy. My oldest is a senior in college at the University of Arkansas, and my youngest will be a Freshman at Stony Point High School. They are both pretty active. Devon, the oldest, is an amazing athlete and Taylor, the youngest, is a great volleyball player and plays for MAX Performance Volleyball, as well as Stony Point this fall. They keep me pretty busy!
Outside of school, I enjoy reading, exercising, and watching movies.
I am looking forward to getting to know each of you and building your love for learning!

Welcome to the 4th grade! I'm so excited to be your child's teacher, and I look forward to a great school year. I’ve been teaching for 22 years (21 in 4th grade!) and 17 of which have been in RRISD. I love the 4th grade curriculum and have a passion for teaching Texas History. I’m a native Texan and grew up in a military family, where I had the experience of moving to many places around the country. I returned to Texas to study at UT Austin, where I graduated and completed my education studies and majored in Spanish. I love traveling and outdoor adventures, relaxing on the water, watching movies, and reading in my spare time. I live in Pflugerville with my husband Will and our two children, Madison and William. I'm looking forward to an amazing new year as we collaborate and build our classroom culture together. Go Ringtails!
