PICK UP LOCATIONS: When we are in the school, pick up is in the front. Please DO NOT PARK IN THE PARKING LOT. Please pull up along the drive right outside of the front of the school closest to the curb on the right (passanger side of the car) and form a line. Make sure to pull up all the way to the edge right before you get to the handicap parking. Members will NOT be allowed to walk into the parking lot.  Walking home is ONLY allowed if it is still day light after a practice (NOT a game); if it is dusk or night all members MUST be picked up by a parent/guardian/adult on their pick up list. If a parent chooses to walk to pick up their member, please meet us under the awning at the front doors. 

When we are cheering at the football field, please park wherever you would like and walk to the gate at the field to pick up your member in person. We will be at that gate by 7:30 PM on game days. The gate is right along the track, just down from the concession stand. If you are attending the game, you will still need to walk down to the gate to get your member. You can then take them back to the stands with you. Members will not be allowed to walk into the stands without being picked up first.

FUSION: This is optional and those that choose to participate in FUSION must attend all FUSION practices and will be preforming with the entire RRISD Cheer Family in the Spring! It is our huge showcase to show off all RRISD Cheer. If a member that chooses to participate in FUSION misses more than 2 practices (excussed or not) they will be removed from the FUSION routine. WMS Full Cheer Unifrom is what will be worn to the FUSION showcase; date is March 2nd (Saturday) and time is TBD.

GAMES WE DO NOT CHEER AT: Please feel free to attend the games we are not scheduled to cheer at, but you may not wear any cheer team atire. You are not permitted to wear anything from the practice uniforms or full uniform to a non cheer event. You CAN wear your sweatshirt anytime! 

Workday with a teacher/Teacher Breakfast:  We will provide breakfast to the teachers and work with teachers to help them set up their rooms on Thursday, Aug. 10th from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. This is a sign up genius for each member to donate items. After the breakfast we will supply each member with a work schedule to show them what teachers they will be helping and in what room.  Please make sure to wear Day 1 Outfit! (Remember, only white razor back bra and wear your hair in a high ponytail with the green bow...NO JEWLERY!) Also, bring your cheer bag (FULLY PACKED), your cheer reusable water bottle, and a packed lunch. You will have access to a refriderator and a microwave! :)  EAT BREAKFAST BEFORE YOU COME! Please bring a toaster if you can!!!

CAMP WILDCAT: This is the way we welcome our incoming 6th graders and we will get our duties the day of. We will meet in room 515 (Coach Lucas's Room) at 11:30 AM, Friday, Aug. 11th. Pick up time is 4:15 PM. Please make sure to wear your Full Uniform. Wally and Wallena will both be working this event, so make sure you bring them with you too! NO JEWLERY! Bring your cheer reusable water bottle and a snack. Please eat a good lunch right before you come.
