Walsh Cross Country 2023
Dear parents,
Make sure to complete all required forms on Rank One Sports. Runners will not be able to participate in any team workouts until they have been cleared.
Required Forms:
Sports Physical - this is required and is good for one calendar year. Keep your original physical, and turn in a copy to me. Be sure to fill out the medical history section and both you and your athlete need to sign it.
Online Forms - required that all forms are complete. Do not put an "s" before the student number. Both the parent and student need to complete the training together as there is important information regarding heat exhaustion and concussion awareness and protocol.
