Tryout Paperwork Due: February 28th, 2025 by 4:30pm.
Tryout Clinic Day 1 (Mandatory): March 25th, 2025 5:00pm-8:00pm(SPHS Competition Gym)
Tryout Clinic Day 2 (Mandatory): March 26th, 2025 4:45pm-6:15pm (SPHS Competition Gym)
Tryout Clinic Day 3 (Optional): March 27st, 2025 4:45-6:15 (SPHS Competition Gym)
Tryouts: March 29rd, 2025 (SPHS)
SPHS Check In: 7:00am
SPHS Tryouts Begin: 7:30am
SPHS Tryouts End: 9:00am

Mandatory Parent/Guardian Meeting
The student trying out and the parent/guardian of the student must attend one of the following try out information meetings. Both meetings will be held at SPHS.
Parent Meeting #1: February 5th, 2025 at 6:00pm-8:00pm (SPHS Room G110)
Enter through the awning doors across the SPHS parking lot from Tiger Stadium.
Parent Meeting #2 (if you did not attend meeting #1): February 13, 2025 at 6:00pm-8:00pm (SPHS Room C173-Coach Wilhelm's room)
Access closes for both meetings at 6:30pm, and you will not be allowed in, so get there on time!
**If the student and/or guardian does not attend one of these meetings, they will not be eligible to try out.**

Overall Impression on the judges
Character Evaluation- this includes teacher recommendations, grades, attendance, and behavior

Teacher Recommendation Forms- Share the link with your teachers. It must be done through their account.
Current Physical on File- turn in to Coach Wilhelm or Coach K (head trainer)- Form is on RRISD Cheer Website
All RankOne Paperwork completed.
**ALL PAPERWORK IS DUE February 28th, 2025 BY 4:30PM TO COACH WILHELM (SPHS ROOM C173) OR ONLINE (if applicable). PAPERWORK MAY NOT BE TURNED IN LATE. FAILURE TO TURN IN ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK WILL RESULT IN THE CANDIDATE BEING INELIGIBLE TO TRYOUT.
