Please label all artwork submitted to the internal folder as District_LastFirst_Grade.jpg and please label the ELECTRONICALLY completed Permission and Student Artwork Release Forms as District_LastFirst_Grade.pdf.
Artwork as a high-resolution JPEG — please refer to YAM's Photographing Artwork Entries (PDF) instructions to maximize the quality of the artwork you are submitting.
After artwork has been juried in January and notification of selected artworks has been made, Tim Lowke will gather and mail physical artwork for display.
