Painting

Syllabus:

All Painting classes share a syllabus which covers general class content. The syllabus will be posted for students on Schoology.

Class Expectations:

Check Schoology for assignments, due dates, and important assessments

We will regularly use sketchbooks and start with practice/warm-up exercises prior to project instructions

Grading:

At the very least 4 Major grades per 9 weeks grading period

Self-Assessment Rubric will be given out for each Major project

Artist Statements and Critiques may sometimes be required

Everything we do is equally important!!! What you do in your daily work affects your final grade!!

The process in ART is just as important as the finished product.
