About Nobility Dance Team
Nobility is an exciting dance performance team that includes Cedar Ridge students in grades 9-12. Nobility is designed specifically for those who want to balance their passion for dance on a team with time for other academic or extracurricular activities, and dances at the intermediate level. Nobility is one of RRISD's Ensemble Dance Teams and therefore is a single blocked, audition based class.
A year on Nobility will include:
Multiple dance performances each semester
Rehearsals primarily held during the school day
Valuable technique-building classes in a single-block
Fun social events and activities
Two fundraisers
Auditions held once a year
Purpose of Nobility:
The purpose of the Round Rock ISD dance teams is to encourage quality performance, artistry, high academic standards, loyal school spirit, and strong personal values. Through the development of dance technique, servant-leadership, cooperation, self-discipline, and sportsmanship in each member, the Round Rock ISD Dance Teams will fulfill its purpose for High School and the community it serves in Round Rock ISD.
