About Me

Hi Jags! My name is Lauren Saltzigver and this is my fifth year teaching at Cedar Valley Middle School - crazy how time flies! I live in Austin, but I graduated from Texas A&M University class of 2015 (WHOOP) with a Bachelor of Science in Education. This past fall I got married to my best friend, Davis Saltzgiver, and we managed to buy a house right before the housing boom which was a true blessing! A little more about me - I grew up on a farm in Wall, Texas and am the youngest of three siblings in my family. I have a niece and four nephews that always keep me laughing whom I adore. In my spare time, I love to paddle board on the lake, wake surf, hike/camp, play board games (Settlers of Catan could truly take all my free time and I'd be okay with it), cook, and spend time with my family and friends! I can't wait to get to know you this year and am looking forward to a great school year!!!
