Behavior Policy

In our classroom we all agree to abide by our Social Contract. All rewards and consequences are based on upholding/breaching of our Social Contract.

What is a Social Contract?

  • A Social Contract is an agreement written by and agreed upon by a group of people which steers how they will thrive and excel together within a community.
  • Negotiable
  • The contract provides the authors with a feeling of ownership or “buy-in.”
  • Written in positive, straight-forward statements.
