Welcome to my class! It’s going to be a great new year, for all of us. This will be my 20th year teaching at Spicewood. Wow, how time flies and gets faster each year! So, a little about myself. My husband, of almost 16 years, is Chris. He is the general manager at Third Coast Auto Group. Chris has been in the car business for 30+ years and is super knowledgeable about all that is out there. He loves to help out in any way he can, all our friends, family, and Spicewood family! We have two very active children that will both be at Canyon Vista. Mallory, plays soccer, basketball, loves to babysit, and enjoys being social. She will be entering 8th grade this year. My son, Blaine, will be going into 6th grade. He is an amazing athlete and we have found that there is not much he can’t do. He plays select baseball, and most of our weekends are spent watching his games. He plays basketball in the winter, then baseball again in the spring and he starts his summer on the Sharks swim team. We live in the neighborhood, so I also wear a Spicewood parent hat as often as possible. Clearly, I love my job as well as our school.
