Mr. Prado

Cedar Ridge High School

Computer Science I, Computer Science III, AP Compute Science Principles, Web Technologies

About Me:

This will be my first year teaching at CRHS, and I am incredibly excited to be joining the Raider family. I graduated from Georgetown University in Washington, DC with a degree in computer science and since then, I have been working as a tutor/substitute teacher for RRISD.

I was born and raised in Austin, but I love to travel. One of my life goals is to visit all 59 national parks. My other hobbies include reading, writing, running, hiking, cooking and performing improv. I also love to explore Austin and its surrounding areas to experience everything the city has to offer.

When it comes to teaching, I believe that each and every student has the ability to succeed, and it is my duty as a teacher to help students discover and foster their strengths and their passions. I enjoy discovering the different ways in which different students learn and I do my best to tailor my teaching to each of their learning styles. I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with the students here at Cedar Ridge, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me.
